A: We are a factory, we have rich experience in producing cosmetic packaging for many years.
2. Q:what is your mainly product?
A; mist spray, lotion pump, trigger spray, treatment pump, spray pen, plastic caps, pet bottle, travel set, jars and airless bottle.
3. Q: What are the general payment terms?
A: Normally , the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% deposit , 70% balance before shipment).
4. Q: Can you make sample?
A: Yes, we can customize the samples for you.
5.Q:Does your factory has quality control system?
A: Quality is the life of our factory. We have inspector in different post, and there are two inspectors before packing to get best quality products.
6.Q:Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
A:Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
7.Q:.What about the normal lead time?
A:It’s around 25-30 days after receiving the deposit.
8.Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
